Mandy Davey

Pre-School Manager

Mandy has an NVQ3 in Children, Care, Learning and Development. She is also the Health and Safety Officer and the Fire Officer for the Pre-School. Mandy lives in Kingsteignton with her family and has two children.

Karen Gwillam

Deputy Manager and One-to-One

Karen started working at the Pre-School as a student and became a fully fledged member of the team after completing her NVQ3. Karen has two children who both attended the Pre-School. She is our One-to-One team member for any children in our care with additional needs. Karen has made a fantastic sensory garden up at the Pre-School which is a hit with all the pupils.

Sarah Baldwinson

Childcare Assistant

Sarah has been with us for several years. She took a break from working full time in 2018 but thankfully came back to help our part-time, which was great news for both the staff and the children!

Holly Parkes

Childcare Assistant

Holly began working at the Pre-School as a work experience student whilst working towards her level 3 in Childcare. She's been a permanent member of the team ever since then and the children and staff are so happy that we kept her with us.

Julia Mitchell

Office Manager

Julia has been involved in the behind the scenes running of the Pre-School for many years, first as a volunteer trustee for the charity, and later as our super organised office manager and book keeper.

Sally Lacey

Chair of the Board of Directors/Trustees

Since 2015 Sally has been a volunteer Director helping make decisions about the Pre-School from a business and charity perspective. Both her children attended the Pre-School and have such happy memories from their time here.

Vicky Andrews

Director and Company Secretary

Vicky is a volunteer Director and looks after the paperwork associated with the Charity side of the business. She lives in Chudleigh Knighton and has been a director since 2015. Her daughter attended the Pre-school and also loved her time here.

Joanne Viney

Director

Joanne has been a volunteer Director since 2015 and both her children attended the Pre-School. Jo is a whiz at all things technical, and is also a teaching assistant at a local Primary School.
